Here are some home remedies you can try to finally get rid of your acne. Honey is known to have an anti bacterial agent that effectively treats acne. It kills the bacteria infecting the acne making it smaller in appearance after a number of applications. You do this by simply washing your face with cold water then applying the honey either with a clean cloth or cotton ball. Leave the honey on your face for approximately fifteen minutes then rinse off once again with cold water. Perform the honey regimen twice a day once in the morning and another at night. For best results, you are to apply the honey on your face daily.
Another very effective way is by doing oatmeal facial pack. Oatmeal is rich in fiber and minerals enough to fight and treat acne. Combining it with milk even makes the treatment more effective. Have two spoons full of oatmeal then soak it in half a cup of milk. Let it soak for ten minutes until the uncooked oatmeal becomes soft. While letting it soak, head to the wash room and wash your face with cold water. After doing so, apply the oatmeal and milk mixture evenly on your face. Make sure that the oatmeal sticks to your face and doesn’t fall off. Leave the mixture on your face for fifteen to twenty minutes then rinse off with cold water.
The best and not to mention cheapest is by keeping yourself hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Well to be exact you have to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Hydration keeps your skin healthy and would make it easier to flush out unwanted toxins responsible for the acne breakout.
