Blackheads Home Remedies : Treat it in natural way
Blackheads are form of acne. Blackheads are not irritating or inflammatory but look very ugly on the face. Blackheads are the dark spots on the skin surface. Blackheads occur due to clogging of skin pores. When there is excessive sebum production by oil glands of skin, it clogs the skin pores. It gets aggravated due to presence of dead skin cells. Black heads can appear at any part of the body but usually present on cheeks, chin, nose, forehead, back and shoulders. Blackheads are need to be taken care of otherwise they may become ugly by developing into acne. Skin having blackheads is oily and thick in texture. It gets increased due to poor cleansing of the skin.
There are many good and effective blackheads home remedies which you can easily prepare at home. These remedies are generally effective but you should take proper care of your skin. For instance you should cleanse your skin regularly, eat balanced diet containing lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water to flush out any toxins accumulated in the body.
Effective Blackhead Home Remedies:
Take 3-4 cups of water and add to it 2 tsp of soda bicarbonate. Wet a towel in this boiling solution and wring it to drain out water. Now place this steaming towel on your face for 4-5 times. It will help soften the blackheads. Now apply a paste 1 tsp rice flour and 1 tsp curd on affected area. Afterwards, wash the face with cold water after it is dry.
Add tsp of turmeric powder to 1 tsp of juice of fresh coriander leaves. At night, before bed time, apply this mixture and wash with cold water in the morning.
Mix a pinch of common salt with a pinch of soft portion of glycerin soap. Apply it over blackheads and do this for a week.
Prepare a face wash containing fresh lemon juice and I cup boiled milk. Wash your face with it regularly to remove blackheads.
Mix 1 tsp fresh lime juice and mix with 1 tsp groundnut oil. Apply this over the blackheads. Besides removing blackheads, it will prevent the occurrence of blackheads.
Ground radish seeds and grind them. Make a paste of ground radish seeds and water.
Take cup of hot water, 4 drops of iodine and 1 tsp of Epsom salt. Mix them all very well and let it cool. Now dip a cotton ball into this solution and apply on blackhead and its surrounding areas of skin.
Take 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp powder of red sandalwood. Mix them and make a paste with milk. Apply this effective and wonderful home remedy for blackheads.
Make powder of almonds and mix it with rosewater. Rub and apply this mixture over blackheads. It will help remove the blackheads easily.
There is good and effective homemade scrub for removing blackheads. Mix salt, honey, lemon and yogurt in small quantities. Scrub this over affected areas and wash this after 10 minutes. You will get very positive response from this blackhead home remedy.
Take white of one egg and apply it over face. When it is dry, wash it with cold water by scrubbing it gently.
Take 1 tsp of cinnamon powder and 3 tbsp of honey. Mix them in a bowl and apply this paste over blackheads at night before going to bed. Wash this in the morning with cold water. Use this regularly for two weeks and see the magical results.
Make a paste of tender neem leaves and add to it a pinch of turmeric. Apply this mixture over your face affected with blackheads. Neem and turmeric have an anti-bacterial quality which fights infectin over the face and prevents formation of new blackheads.
Make a drink of wheatgrass juice and have it daily to cure blackhead problem.
Make a poultice of grated potato and apply it over skin affected by blackheads.
Roast the pomegranate skin and grind it to a fine paste. Make a paste of it with lime juice and apply it any skin problem like blackhead, acne or whiteheads.
Make a paste of fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves and apply it daily at night before bed. Wash it in the morning with cold water. This is a very effective blackhead home remedy.
